Important Notice: CoinCatch New System Upgrade

Dear CoinCatch users,

 

CoinCatch has launched a new system on May 3rd, 2023, at 15:00 (UTC+8) to provide users with better trading experiences and enhanced benefits. To minimize risks associated with the upgrade, we will implement the following plan:

 

1. Between May 3rd and May 5th, there will be a transition period. Trading on the existing system will not be affected during the transition period.
2. During the transition period, users can register on the new system using the same phone number or email address as before. CoinCatch will provide seed user exclusive rewards to users who complete registration and asset transfer during this transition period.
3. On May 5th at 11:00 AM (UTC+8), CoinCatch will officially complete the transition between the old and new systems. Customer assets and transactions within the new system will not be affected, and any outstanding or unexecuted orders in the old system will be settled at a reasonable price.
4. Before the official upgrade from the existing system to the new one, CoinCatch will take a snapshot of user assets to assist those who did not complete the asset transfer during the transition period. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer support at [e-mail], and we will provide full support.
5. If you are participating in our partner program, please register on the new system using the same contact details as before and submit your UID to your market manager. We will help you migrate your referral relationship.
6. If partner commission payments are delayed due to the system upgrade, CoinCatch will manually complete the payment within 10 working days after May 5th.

 

The system upgrade offers various feature updates that include:

1. A new rewards center
2. Introduction of an official verification channel page
3. Introduction of a new APP download guide
4. Introduction of social media links on the website

 

Please note:

1. During the system upgrade, some users may experience issues with logging in. If your account is affected, please contact our customer support at [e-mail].
2. On May 5th at 11:00 AM (UTC+8), CoinCatch will automatically change the domain of the new system to http://www.coincatch.com after the transition.
3. Seed user exclusive rewards will be issued in the form of experience funds. Please see the Seed Activity for details.
4. CoinCatch reserves the right to interpret and modify the terms and conditions of this activity.
