If you encounter a deposit error, please follow these instructions:
1. Deposit to a non-CoinCatch address
If you deposit coins to a non-CoinCatch address, CoinCatch will not be able to help you retrieve them.
2. The deposit amount is less than the minimum deposit amount
If your deposit amount is less than the minimum deposit amount, CoinCatch will not be able to assist you.
3. Deposit A currency to CoinCatch’s B currency address
3-1. If you deposited USDT to CoinCatch BTC address
If you deposit an asset to a different asset's deposit address in CoinCatch, your assets may not be returned. Please double-check before proceeding with any withdrawal or deposit.
3-2. If you deposited USDT-TRX (TRC20) to USDT-ETH (ERC20)
If you accidentally use a different chain network for the same asset, please email our customer service at support@coincatch.com with your UID, deposit amount, and deposit address/TXID (not screenshots), along with the screenshots of your deposit address/withdrawal history. Our customer service team will assist you.
4. Deposit non-CoinCatch listed currencies to CoinCatch
You can browse the currencies we currently support for deposit on the deposit interface. Please do not deposit unsupported currencies to avoid asset loss. At the same time, before depositing, please make sure that the link to the currency you want to deposit is consistent with the link supported by CoinCatch. If the link supported by EWT on CoinCatch is the main network, please do not deposit ERC20-EWT to CoinCatch.
