When copying elite traders to initiate positions, there are four scenarios for "copy trade position closing":
1. Elite trader closes position
When the elite trader closes a position, the system will simultaneously close the position of the follower.
2. Follower manually closes position
Followers can close their current copy trading positions (click "My futures copy trades" on Futures Copy Trading homepage to close positions).
3. Take Profit / Stop Loss are triggered
Followers can set take-profit / stop-loss ratios in the "Risk Management" section on the copy trade page. When the follower's position triggers the set TP/SL ratio before the elite trader closes it, the follower's position will be automatically closed.
4. The current losses in copied trades exceed the available futures assets
If the unrealized loss of the current copy trading position exceeds the available futures assets, the follower's position will be automatically closed by the system.
Additional Information
Details of the position displayed in the "Current Copy Trades":1. Each copied order by the user will be displayed separately in "Current Copy Trades."
2. Users can close one position at a time within the "Details" tab of "Current Copy Trades."
3. Users can close multiple positions of the same contract and direction in one click within the "Summary" tab of "Current Copy Trades."
4. All positions in the same direction of a particular contract will be merged into one entry in the "Positions" tab.
Example: User A follows both Elite Trader B and Elite Trader C, and both elite traders have opened positions in BTC/USDT perpetual contract with 100x leverage.
Elite Trader B's entry price is 25,000 USDT for a long position of 100 contracts, and Elite Trader C's entry price is 26,000 USDT for a long position of 100 contracts.
At this point, the displayed entry price for User A's position is calculated based on the average of the two entry prices of the two copy trades, which is $25,500 USDT, as shown in the "Summary" of the current copy trades.
