How to Buy Cryptocurrency Using CoinCatch P2P App?

You can purchase cryptocurrency from CoinCatch P2P App in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Sign into your account

First, please sign into your CoinCatch account and go to the "Asset", then choose a digital currency like "USDT" and click "Buy Crypto" to access the "P2P Trading" section.

Please note, it defaults to the "Express" trading. You can choose "P2P" to access from the drop-down menu. Before initiating P2P trading, please make sure you've added your preferred payment methods.

Step 2: P2P trading page

On the P2P trading page, choose the crypto you need to purchase or sell. You can refine your options by applying filters to the P2P advertisements. For instance, if you want to buy USDT at 50,000 KRW, just click [Buy] next to the preferred offer.

Confirm the type of fiat currency you want to use for the payment and the cryptocurrency you intend to purchase. Input the amount of fiat currency to use, and the system will automatically calculate the corresponding amount of cryptocurrency you can receive. Then, click [Confirm purchase].

Step 3: Check the payment details

You will be provided with the seller's payment details. Please make the transfer to the seller's designated payment method within the time limit. You can use the [Chat] function available to contact the seller.

Once the payment is completed, click [Paid].

Important Note: Payments must be transferred directly to the seller through methods like bank transfers or other third-party payment platforms, as indicated in the seller's payment information. If you have already transferred funds to the seller, do not click [Cancel order] unless you have received a refund from the seller in your payment account. Likewise, do not click [Paid] unless you have already made the payment to the seller.

Step 4: View the assets

Once the seller verifies your payment, they will release cryptocurrency to you and the transaction is considered completed. You can check assets to confirm if you have received cryptocurrency.

If, after clicking [Confirm], you do not receive cryptocurrency within 10 minutes, you can click "File an appeal" to contact CoinCatch customer support for assistance.

Please keep in mind that you can't have more than two orders in progress simultaneously. Ensure that you complete your existing order before initiating a new one.
